Customer Satisfaction

Description: The satisfaction of the user based on the way his/her ticket was handled. Surveys are distributed via email when the help desk ticket is resolved and consist of five questions scored on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest).

Service Level: Greater than or equal to 3.5; averaged monthly

Notes: Customer satisfaction reached an all-time high of 4.7 in April.
