Best Practices with UVa Exchange: Email/Calendaring Half-Day Conference Presentations
ITS hosted a series of trainings for users of the UVa Exhange service starting with a half-day conference kickoff on Feb. 14, 2012 to offer guidance on best practices for Exchange:
Office Technology Conference (OTC)
ITS hosts an annual Office Technology Conference (OTC 2012 will be May 23 in the John Paul Jones Arena) for all employees at the University of Virginia offering an introduction to new and innovative technologies, and providing an exposure to various other topics of interest to enhance productivity and work-life satisfaction. Registration details coming soon!
Demo Days
ITS hosts specific vendors on Demo Days to demonstrate existing, newly-emerging, and upcoming technologies. These events are for ITS employees only.
Byte Size Seminars
Byte Size Seminars are workshops or talks on a particular tool, tip, and/or trick. These are free and are held in areas across the UVa Grounds.
Other Technology Events
ITS Training partners with other organizations including the Tech-Connect Community to provide periodic technology events such as the Mobile Communications Fair, Brown Bag Lunch Seminars, etc. for members of the UVa community.
