Office Technology Conference (OTC)
ITS hosts an annual Office Technology Conference (OTC 2011 was May 25 in John Paul Jones Arena) for all employees at the University of Virginia offering an introduction to new and innovative technologies, and providing an exposure to various other topics of interest to enhance productivity and work-life satisfaction. This event is typically offered in late spring each year.
Demo Days
ITS hosts specific vendors on Demo Days to demonstrate existing, newly-emerging, and upcoming technologies. These events are for ITS employees only.
Byte Size Seminars
Byte Size Seminars are workshops or talks on a particular tool, tip, and/or trick. These are free and are held in areas across the UVa Grounds.
Other Technology Events
ITS Training partners with other organizations including the Tech-Connect Community to provide periodic technology events such as the Mobile Communications Fair, Brown Bag Lunch Seminars, etc. for members of the UVa community.
