This service facilitates the management of shared Linear Tape-Open (LTO) libraries used for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Virtualization and Microsoft Services (VAMS), UNIX filesystem backups, and the Hierarchical Storage Management (HSM) filesystem.

2-hour response time from when a complete ticket is submitted to the Help Desk and within support operating hours listed above
