Document Imaging System (ImageNow/iNow) is an Enterprise-level document management solution, providing a document repository integrated with workflow, enterprise applications, and document retention. The system is used by schools and departments for a variety of documents, including personnel and student information.

    Help Desk: Full-time (24 x 7 x 365), 434-924-4357 • Referrals: Standard Business Hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday), and some exceptions for extended support hours.

    2-hour response time from when a complete ticket is submitted to the Help Desk and within specified support operating hours listed above.
