Lisrel Availability

ITS will discontinue support for Lisrel effective May 11, 2012. Lisrel will remain available under a perpetual license at version 8.80 but there will be no further maintenance or updates to the software. Lisrel may be used by UVa faculty, staff, and students in the Charlottesville area only.

  • It is available in the ITS public computing facility for use on Windows computers only.
  • Lisrel is available through the UVa Hive through May 11, 2012.
  • We no longer have a site license for users to purchase their own copies. Users who want to purchase their own Lisrel licenses for the latest version should contact the vendor.

Users wishing to do structural modeling in a Windows environment may want to consider AMOS which is licensed at the University of Virginia and supported by ITS Research Computing.
