Extended Maintenance Window for Enterprise Application Services (3/11/18)

All systems returned to service as of 1:03PM, March 11, after successful firewall upgrade. If you encounter difficulty accessing any of the systems affected by the downtime, please contact the UVA Help Desk.

In order to perform a firewall upgrade, several ITS Enterprise Application (EA) services will be unavailable between 6:30 AM and approximately 1:00 PM, Sunday, March 11. This is an extension/adjustment of the normal EA maintenance windows. After the firewall upgrade, EA services will be restored individually once successful testing/validation is completed.

For the status of specific services, please check ITS Service Status for periodic updates from the system engineers.
