What We Do

The Departmental Application Development Group (DAD), a division of ITS's Applications and Data Services, supports the University of Virginia's academic, administrative, and Health System units by assisting in the implementation of Web and desktop applications in Microsoft computing environments.

Our Services

Services include software development (writing computer programs, enhancing existing applications, and developing new, cost-effective applications for schools, departments, and entities throughout UVa), and project management/consulting.

We've developed systems for a variety of customers across the University. Examples are listed in our portfolio of previous work.
