Other Telephone Service Rates

Change Line Appearance: $54 per change.

Charge to Correct Inventory Discrepancies: $80 per hour, one (1) hour minimum.

Customer-Caused Service Problems: The following rates will be charged to repair/resolve service problems that are customer-caused, including, but not limited to, dialing problems resulting from unplugged telephones or incorrect station forwarding, or damage to a telephone instrument caused by dropping or spilling liquids into that instrument.
$125.00 for the first hour (one hour minimum charge) plus $125.00 per hour thereafter, billable in 15-minute increments, plus the cost of materials required to effect the repair.

Dedicated Circuits (includes alarms, ringdown lines, point-to-point data transmission facilities, and environmental control circuits): Monthly charge: $8.64 plus ($2.25 per 1/2 mile per 2 wires).

Hourly Rate for Work Done on a Time-and-Materials Basis: $80, one (1) hour minimum.

Overtime Charges (applied only when approved in advance by the customer): $185 per hour Monday through Saturday; $250 per hour Sundays and holidays. These costs are surcharges that will be billed in addition to any fees normally associated with the type of work requested.

Order Cancellation: There will be no charges associated with cancelling a Telephone Service Request unless the technician has already arrived on-site to complete the requested work. At that time, there will be a $80 fee for voiding the order.

Xpressions: Voicemail service will cost $4.75 per mailbox per month. New subscribers will be charged a one-time connection fee of $15.
