ITS Communication Services Rates

Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Rates

Charges for automatic call distribution (ACD) include:

  • $2.00 per agent per month.
  • A one-time charge of $20 for each new agent established in the ACD group.
  • A one-time fee for a digital recording device, approximately $1265 for a one-channel device to $4505 for a six-channel device. Contact Communication Services for current pricing for your application.
  • A recurring fee of $33.25 per month for each new line required for the digital recording device.
  • The one-time cost to convert each existing telephone to a ROLMphone or Optiset with headset adapter and the removal cost for the type of instrument in place plus the installation charge for the type of instrument being installed (see installation and removal charges).
  • Additional monthly fees for instruments and maintenance that may be incurred if a different type of instrument is being used once the ACD group is in place.
